Gave up the cell phone, blackberry, wristwat...Girl,<br />Gave up the cell phone, blackberry, wristwatch at retirement. No facebook or twitter account. Watch a little sports on TV. Use the Internet where I can choose the content. Amazingly I still have a life and friends. No frazzled feeling, just a sense well being. Stick with a simpler lo-tech life, you'll be amazed.
